Martina Acazi
She’s affected by a rare form of artephilia with photomaniac tendencies. Pathologically obsessed with the desire to prepare jokes sometimes bordering on embarrassing situations and on the verge of legality, she believes herself to be an adventurous filmmaker for the cinematographic, naturalistic, sofa, chocolate and alcoholic fields.
Recommended therapies: travel, risky jobs, uncharted lands, friends and gumdrops.
Martina ha built her skills working as a television operator and through documentary and filmmaking training. She’s also a competent photographer. For other production companies she works as camera operator, capable assistant director and director; in MADS she manages customer relations and she’s responsible of producing and directing. She teaches at Photography and Visual Arts Institute (ISFAV) in Padova.
Damiano Sandei
He has clearly developed a multiple disorder. After a decade of calling himself a computer scientist, he now thinks he’s a filmmaker and a writer. Due to a pathological childish regression, letting him handle a video camera or making him stay on set brings him back to an apparent state of calm and contact with reality.
Recommended therapies: creative writing, street photography, beard perm, sex, beer and heavy metal.
Damiano started working in video production in 2010 after years spent as an IT consultant. He has taken courses in video production, camera operations and storytelling. For other production companies he works as camera, gimbal, UAV operator and as data manager. In MADS he takes care of the authorial parts of the projects and, thanks to his technical background, manages every technical aspect of the productions.
